Acupuncture

An evidence-based approach to the TCM practise for treatment of nerve pain, migraines, vertigo and soft tissue injury (electroacupuncture is also offered).

Shockwave Therapy

Extracorporeal  Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) uses sound waves to break down scar tissue.  It improves circulation and tissue regeneration with quick sessions. Effective for conditions such as tendinitis, plantar fasciitis and calcific tendonitis.

Cold Laser

Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT) increases cellular energy production, stimulating the body's healing rate and promotes tissue repair and regeneration.

Spinal Traction

Flexion Distraction therapy is a chiropractic technique that relieves back pain and improves spine function. Gentle stretching with a specialized table reduces pressure on discs and nerves, effectively treating herniated discs and sciatica while improving mobility.

Active Release Therapy 

Active Release Technique (ART) is a hands-on therapy that addresses soft tissue injuries by applying pressure during movement to releases tension and improve flexibility. Popular among sports professionals, it effectively treats tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and back pain.

Custom Orthotics

Comprehensive Gaitscan Analysis, coupled with individualized foot impression moldings ensure that your custom orthotics are specific to you, correcting sources of dysfunction.

Jay Jayalathge (Owner/ Head Physiotherapist) began his practice in 1992. He started his career working as a Physiotherapist at Niagara General Hospital with a focus in sports injury management. Since then, Jay has upgraded his clinic and is currently located at 1517 Niagara-stone Rd, Virgil ON

We bill directly for:  Workplace Injuries (WSIB), Motor Vehicle Accidents, OHIP, and all major private insurance plans.
